Our Trip to See Grandpa
Mom will have to give you her more insightful opinion. But I was pleasantly surprised to see grandpa, he physically looked well, good color, not too thin, and he just looked good. He was docile and seemed like he knew what was going on and wanted to answer but couldn't. His mind is not the same. Our prayers our with him.
Lucy, Grandma Bubba, Grandpa Bill & Grandma Bonnie
#2 funniest was dad telling Billy several times, "Billy can you please talk with your mouth closed?"
He was trying to talk to Uncle Gary and Billy was talking over them and dad was just thinking differently than it came out.

Hello All

Hey fam! Sorta seems like facebook and twitter are replacing our family blog huh? Well I miss you all and would love to hear more of what's up.
We're pretty excited about the beanies Grandma Bubba knitted us. She's working her way to all the girls, pretty **special**.
Greg & the kids are spending every moment not working or at school skiing.
The economy sucks.

Hello...Family????
So just a little shout out to you all. I check this blog regularly, only to find the same post I saw last time I checked.
I know we all are busy. But if we could all dig down and find even a minute occasionally to do a little family/personal update wouldn't that be sweet??
So I tag anyone who reads this. You don't even need to post pictures, just a quick, even one liner update on you and your family.
Just a thought, you too mom. Love you all and hope you are all doing well.

Grandma & Grandpa's 70th & Reunion
Our Twin Falls Idaho reunion was a reason to "raise the roof" huh?
It is a beautiful place.
We started with a tour of the Twin Falls Temple. It was very beautiful.
Grandma & Grandpa, 70 years, wow!!!!
The after walk through reception.
Sorry Karm, had to get your picture.
Then to Dinner and auction and Blue Lakes Country Club.
Bass Lake Swimming after.
Short and sweet, it was nice to see everyone that could come. We missed those of you that couldn't make it.
Okay so for those of you that got great pictures, PLEASE SHARE, you can edit my post and just add them to it, or do your own, but let's put them on to share them. I didn't get too many good ones, my camera was having trouble.

Back to School

Does anyone else get a little depressed at this time of year? Don't get me wrong once I am used to the adjustment I enjoy having an easier time with less people to get things done. It's just...it feels like my kids are being taken away from me against my will. I love having them around, and at home and being the biggest influence they have. It seems like they go to school and have more time there, than at home, with me.
I never understood why mom would always get sad around back to school time.
Now, I fully get it! Kor-are your boys going to kindergarten?

Grandma & Grandpa Heiner's book
You can click above to view and or order the book. It should be a fun gift for them to get for their 70th anniversary. Good idea mom.
Also, who all is going? We are going, and would love to see everyone.

Brocks Birthday....
Can you believe Brock is 20 today? He is so far away in Sweden, serving the Lord. What an amazing gift he is giving. Everyone say Happy Birthday to Elder Brock Jackson. He used to love our Dog Chelsea so much. But most of all, Brock loved to go shopping for toys. Especially at KMart. He also love playing games with grandma and putting together puzzels. He was amazing at putting a puzzel together ...fast..!! I also remember how he used to type and handle a computer when he was 3 and younger. We miss you Brock. We are so proud of you.

Happy 4th Birthday Billy Bird!

Happy Birthday to my sweet, angelic, crazy, energetic, fearless, happy, ball throwing, bike riding little boy.
We had a little party for those around here, at the park by our house for Billy. Thanks so much Tyson & Chelsy for coming and bringing your kids. My kids loved playing with your kids. And you're little Camrie is such a doll.
Kori thank you so much for coming too, I loved seeing you. And your boys were TOO cute! I love that they did warm up and they all played so cute together.
Mom and dad, thank you for coming too. And just everyone, it was so nice to see you all I just can't say. And Billy had a wonderful birthday. We need to make it happen more often.

Happy Birthday Sky, Happy Baptism & Happy 4th of July!
My sweet, sweet Sky. I can't explain in words what a wonderful day this was. Sky was so ready to be baptized. She felt the spirit she knew what she was doing and she made the choice herself. She was glowing. When she got out of the font after being baptized she was shaking like crazy. Part of it was that she had a little fever, but the major part was her excitement. It was great, and thanks to everyone who came. I know it wasn't the easiest time for a baptism. And those of you that couldn't come, we missed you!
Thanks so much mom and dad for all your help with the kids, food and just getting everything ready. I really appreciate it. I couldn't have put this all together without you.
Sorry Jen. You didn't want your pictures so I stole it. I just have to say Jen gave a talk on Baptism. It was so beautiful. There was so much I loved about it. The highlights were you could feel Jen's testimony and she really brought the spirit into the room, Sky loved it and was really listening and understanding, even Jackson listened. Greg's grandpa who doesn't give compliments said it was one of the best talks he's heard at a baptism and he's been to a ton of them. I know it was hard for you guys to come so far on a holiday weekend when you had stuff going on. It meant the world to us that you came and also talked. Thank you to your whole family for coming. You can't know how much it meant.
This is a please don't take my picture KAMI! ANd well I had to. LOL!

Okay, I am sorry
You are all right on. I have been so busy the past three weeks getting our business sold and out of the way. Koby has been unbelievably helpful and supportive. I come home every night and drop straight to bed. It has been very hard. Nevertheless, we are almost on top and finished. It has been an incredible ride.
Today on my email, I see all of these additions to the blog and my heart jumped. Holy Cow! We are going to be great grandparents for the 8th time. This will make Mom and Dad (Grandma and Grandpa Heiner) great great grandparents 8 times.
I am feeling very well. I can hardly believe how easy heart surgery really was. It is always more fearful to anticipate than the actual event. I love that the Dr. has told me that I have to slow down and stop with the stress because for me, I needed to have permission.
Life is good. I will post more later.
Criss, I love it that you comment from time to time. I am sure Kami Su will assist you with anything you need to know about blogging. She did all of this for me and I am still amazed. Now that we found our camera, we should be able to post a few photo's of old crows.

Aunt Chris
Wow! Way cool that Aunt Chris posted, welcome, and of course you are immediate family. I think mom's sister counts as immediate!
Sorry I made a mess with the pictures. First try. Please look past all the stuff I posted today and see Natasha's wonderful post!

I'm not immediate fam..but I've got to try too
All right, if this works, you have to show me how to do my blogspot. I have one but don't know how to post. Kerina...Wow, so much fun to be a grandma. Natasha and Jono..how exciting. Hey Bonnie Since this is your blog, why don't you post on it. I know you are really busy, but anyway I love you so much and am so thankful that you are doing so well. Your sis, Criss
Future Grandma
Okay, I have been sitting here readying all the posts around and since mom's surgery. I feel so guilty, I feel like as one of the older siblings, and one of the earliest computer geeks in the family, it shouldn't have taken me so long to catch the spirit of this whole blog thing. (it seems maybe computer geek #1 hasn't caught it either)
By the way, this isn't a reference to the biggest computer geek, (you are all big geeks!) simply the oldest in terms of geekhood.
All of your posts are beautiful. The photos and stories are awesome! I honestly think this is the first time I have been kind of jealous of all of you being so physically close to each other in Utah. It seems nice.
So, you all know by now I am going to be a grandma!! Heck with the fact that Natasha and Jono will be parents, I'M GOING TO BE A GRANDMA!!!! I cried like a baby when she told me. I am so excited. When I wasn't allowed to tell anyone yet, I called Natasha back and said, "I just want to tell my mom". (In my most whiny begging voice) She gave me permission, thanks Nat! I bawled again. What a fun thing to share with my mom and to talk about how much she loves being a grandma.
I can't wait!!
And if you think I am excited, you should hear Jacey and Braelyn's enthusiasm about being aunts. Wow, amazing to watch my kids all getting so grown up. I will post some pictures of Jacey's graduation. I should have a month ago, but of course I haven't logged in here for awhile. Also we have been gone nearly every weekend with Braelyn who is playing on a traveling all-star fastpitch team. I will post a few of those. Three weekends ago she played in Twin Falls and Natasha, Jono, Josh and Whitney all came down to watch as well. It was soooo fun having them all there and supporting their baby sister. It really meant a lot to her. (I did feel sorry for the umpires when they made a call that was not in Braelyn's favor!) I am assistant coaching the team, so I was in the dugout, but we certainly had a lot of loud voices coming from the bleachers.
Anyway, photos to follow in a little while. I love you all so much!! I am sorry that mom had to have surgery for us to all get together, but it was such a neat weekend!
